Where are you guys located?

We do not have a physical location so it is just online, but the cookies are made in Valrico, Florida! We offer shipping just in the state of Florida and pickup options. If you are local and want to pick up, I will send you the address or I will gladly deliver to these surrounding cities for a bit of an upcharge. (Seffner, Brandon, Valrico, Dover, Plant City, Lithia/Bloomingdale, etc.) If not sure do not hesitate to contact me and we will figure something out so you can satisfy your sweet tooth in a timely fashion!

How do I store my cookies?

Cookies stay fresh for up to a week in a airtight continer, but can be wrapped individually in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for up to 3 months. If reheating, put them in oven at 350 degrees for a couple of minutes. 

Do you cater?

Yes, I love catering orders but need 72 hours at the least in advance.

Can I order flavors that are not on the website?

Only for catering orders, past flavors will be an option, but we run exclusive flavors twice a month that are only available during that time. They are always posted on all social media platforms and the website. We love flavor suggestions also. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues or complaints about a cookie, please contact me at gigiscookiesandsweets@gmail.com

Am I able to cancel my order once its been placed?

No, we are not able to offer cancellations or refunds at this time if paying online. Cookies are started soon after the orders are placed to get them out as quick as possible. 

Are there any tree nuts/peanuts in your cookies?

Yes, some of our cookies contain peanuts and tree nuts. There will be cookies made that are nut free, but all of our cookies are made in the same facility so there is always a chance of cross-contamination.

Do you make any vegan or GF cookies?

Not at this time, but they are in the works!
